WHO I AM: I am a massage professional who, after retiring from a very intense carreer as a mid-level manager, have realigned my life through yoga, meditation, and massage. My enjoyment is sharing the experiances of my wellness journey with everyone. I am a graduate of the Cortiva Institute Seattle therapeutic-oriented 1000-hour program. My personal activities include bicycling, kayaking, hiking (preparing for a 2016 El Camino!), martial arts, meditation, yoga, chess, and reading. I am a hospice volunteer doing massage for patients going through the end of life process, a volunteer doing stress reduction chair massage at the Seattle VA Hospital Fischer House, and a member of the AMTA Washington Sports Massage Team doing post event sporst massage.

WHAT I DO:  I am currently specializing in light touch palliative massage and sports massage for relaxation and to enhance wellness, healing, and help reduce/manage stress and pain.  My training includes trigger-point release, neuro-fascial, manipulation, sports massage, lomi-lomi, mana-lomi, Thai, and ligament treatment techniques on both table and chair. I am also a Reiki master and a Registered Yoga Instructor.
